- product introduction:The “no iron core” intelligent module ultra-efficient frequency conversion set manufactured by our company has completely changed the design concept. The compressor motor adopts axial magnetic flux motor technology to replace traditional radial flux motor technology, making the motor structure simplified, its volume reduced to 1/7 of that of traditional motor, and its weight reduced to 1/10 of that of traditional motor, with advanced technologies such as no iron core, no brush and no magnetic damping. Abandoning traditional silicon steel sheet and wound stator structure, the new-type motor adopts self-developed electronic intelligent frequency conversion control technology, maximizing the efficiency to 98%, the instantaneous overload bearing capacity to 10 times of rated current, and the reverse power generation efficiency to 99%. At present, we have developed 45KW, 90KW, 135KW, 180KW and 270KW product series for various applications.
