- product introduction:Working Principle: The hot circulating water flows in the serpentine coil and the cool water spraying from the top of the coil wraps up the coil surface by forming water film, while the dry cool outside air induced inwards the cooling tower by the fan accelerates the heat radiation of the water film, to cool the circulating water quickly. The spray water absorbs heat from the circulating water and becomes hot. It flows through the PVC fills beneath the coil under gravity, and exchanges heat with the outside air induced inwards the cooling tower to reduce the water temperature. The cooled spray water is collected in the water basin and drawn to the distribution pipes by water pump to repeat the cooling process of the coil.
Difference from the Conventional Open Cooling Tower: In the open cooling tower, as the circulating water exchanged the heat with the outside air in the fills through direct contact, it is hard to remain the purity of the circulating water which is inevitably to be polluted by the dust and bacteria in the air. But in the closed circuit cooling tower, as the circulating water flows inside the serpentine coil while the spray water and the air are outside of the coil, the circulating water will never be exposed to the outside air and keep clean always.
