Structure of the Constant Pressure Water Make-up Device
Water Make-up Pump
As the core power component of the device, it is responsible for pumping water from the make-up water tank into the system. Multiple pumps are usually used in parallel or series to meet water replenishment demands under different working conditions and improve the reliability and stability of water supply.
Make-up Water Tank
It stores the water source for system replenishment. It is generally made of stainless steel or fiberglass, featuring corrosion resistance and high strength. The size of the make-up water tank is determined according to the maximum water replenishment volume of the system.
Pressure Controller
It monitors the system pressure and controls the start and stop of the water make-up pump based on the set value. Equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor and an intelligent control circuit, the pressure controller ensures accurate regulation of the system pressure.
Safety Valve
As a safety protection device for the system, the safety valve opens automatically when the system pressure exceeds the set safety value to release excess pressure and prevent system damage caused by overpressure.
Check Valve
Installed at the outlet of the water make-up pump, it prevents water in the system from flowing back into the make-up water tank and ensures unidirectional water replenishment.
