- product introduction:Working principle: The hot water flows in the coil, while the cooling water sprays from top to bottom of the coil and forms water film outside the coil, at the same time, the cold air outside of the cooling tower is driven by the fan into the tower to accelerate the heat radiation of water film, so the hot water could be cooled down quickly to be recycled. The temperature of spray water rises after the heat absorption. With the self-gravity, it flows to the fill under the coil and exchange the heat with outside air introduced into the tower to reduce the water temperature, then cooled the spray water will be pumped up the distribution water pipe and cool the coil again.
The difference between open type cooling tower and closed circuit cooling tower:
As for open type cooling tower, the cooling tower water is in direct contact with the outside air in the fill for heat exchange, so it is hard to keep the cooling water system clean and it is easy to be polluted by the dust and bacteria in the air.
As for closed circuit cooling tower, the cooling water flows in the coil while the spray water and the air are outside the coil. So the cooling water cannot contact the outside air and can keep clean in the circulation.
