The CO2 semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressor unit HSC16 and HSC20 are composed of semi-hermetic variable frequency screw compressor, oil separator, oil pump, oil pump motor, frequency converter, control cabinet, valves, pressure sensors and temperature sensors.They can achieve the purpose of energy saving, high efficiency and stable operation by adjusting the cooling capacity of the compressor through frequency conversion.
Features:
Adopting a semi-hermetic structure without shaft seal,which can prevent the leakage of refrigerant and oil.Furthermore,the maintenance cost is low.
Using high efficiency frequency conversion motor cooled by refrigerant,which is 3% higher than the COP of traditional motor cooled by suction.
Frequency conversion energy regulation is adopted.
Employing Plate-shell heat exchanger,it has advantages of high pressure resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, less scaling, small temperature difference, long service time and compact structure, as well as low maintenance cost.
Danfoss oil temperature regulating valve is adopted to avoid compressor startup difficult caused by low oil temperature in winter.
Oil pump also can also be adjusted by frequency conversion,which is energy saving and efficient.
