Downstream type evaporative condenser
- product brand:aonaer
- Numéro de stand:E4D10
- product specification:
- product category:Refrigeration Equipment-Refrigeration systems and plants-Condensers
- product introduction:The downstream evaporative condenser uses water and air as the cooling medium to exchange heat with the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant in the coil. After the exchange, the refrigerant condenses into a liquid. The internal equipment is equipped with spray water system, condensing coil, packing heat exchange layer, dehydrator, etc., and external equipment is equipped with circulating water pump, axial fan, electronic water descaler (optional).During operation, the high-temperature gas refrigerant enters from the upper end of the coil. Under the action of axial flow fan, the inner cavity of the equipment becomes negative pressure, and the spray water system covers the coil surface evenly under the strong wind to exchange cold and heat for the refrigerant. The condensing refrigerant flows out from the lower end of the coil, and the temperature of cooling water and air rises sharply after heat absorption. Part of the cooling water is gasified to form water vapor, and the heat generated in the evaporation process is sucked into the atmosphere through an axial flow fan. Meanwhile, the cooling water without gasification is returned to the circulating water pump in the collecting tank and re-entered the sprinkler system to work. The water lost to the atmosphere is timely replenished by the float valve in the collecting tank to ensure the smooth operation of the whole system.
