- product introduction:At present, the multi-blade control valve is widely used in the engineering field, and its function is to manually adjust and distribute the air volume of the branch pipeline of the air duct system, without remote self-control. The air volume distribution requirements of the system can be achieved only through the initial balance adjustment. Its operation is relatively simple.
Working principle of manual(electric) control valve
1、Main construction features
Its frame is made of riveted cold-rolled 1.2mm galvanized steel plate.
Its blades are made of cold rolled 1.2mm galvanized steel plate. Oil-bearing sintered bronze bearing is installed between the blade shaft and the frame, small friction torque and no maintenance requirement; blades action style is opposite directions opening, stepless regulation, equal percentage flow character;
Driving mode: manual, electric and pneumatic style
2、
Working temperature: -30~+70℃
Special temperature 250℃/60min
Relative humidity ≤98%
Noise requirement: ≤45dB(A)
3、
Working environment:
Normal operation: It can operate continuously under the conditions of -30℃~70℃ and relative humidity 10%~98%.
Operation when accident happens: for example, the air valve used in the station tunnel ventilation system and the station ventilation and air conditioning smoke exhaust system can run continuously and effectively for 1 hour under the 250℃ high temperature smoke flow.
Storage condition: temperature -30℃~45℃, relative humidity 10%~98%
Sustained pressure: ≥1200Pa
4、
Structure characteristics of the main components: the overall structure of the single-body air valve is mainly composed of the frame, blades, transmission mechanism and other components. If the control system fails, it can be adjusted manually through the manual attachment of the actuator.
5、
Maintenance of air control valve
In order to make sure the equipment runs smoothly, maintenance should be done periodically. The maintenance cycle is every three months. Maintenance procedure is as follows:
(1)Remove dust on its surface
(2) Check the sensitivity of the manual or electric action of the actuator
(3)Check if the transmission rod is loose or not
(4)Check the opening and closing of the valve is in place
