CO2 screw compressor unit consists of a semi-hermetic screw compressor with inverter,a oil separator,a oil pump,a oil pump motor,a inverter,control cabinets,valves,pressure sensors and temp sensor etc.
Features
Adopting 4 pole permanent magnet frequency conversion motor,which can run at low frequency during defrosting phase and at high frequency during refrigeration phase,ensuring motor safety.
Capacity controlled by inverter,starting with low current at low load and no impact to the power grid.
Internal volume ratio can be adjusted steplessly and continuously to meet the requirements of different working condition,reducing the power consumption of compressor.
Motor cooled by thermal siphon refrigerant,COP is 3% higher than suction gas motor cooling type.
Boost oil return is applied to motor chamber,which can significantly reduce the leakage of labyrinth seal.When compressor working condition change,it can effectively avoid coupling oil stirring caused by oil level rise,making the compressor vibration and power consumption less.
Adopting semi-hermetic structure without shaft seal,No refrigerant and oil leakage,low maintenance fee.
