The equipment is mainly used for pressurized water supply of living system, and can also be used as constant pressure water supply equipment in production, air conditioning and other systems.
2. Working principle
Ydbh series variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment adopts the most advanced variable frequency speed regulation technology and programmable control technology in the world, and is a new type of water supply equipment developed with innovative new water supply and drainage technology. By using the intelligent control technology, combined with the intelligent variable frequency constant pressure water supply controller developed by our company, through the comprehensive analysis and calculation of the outlet pressure and set pressure, the automatic regulation equipment operates efficiently and stably. The working process is as follows:
1) The single main pump of the unit operates with frequency conversion to maintain water supply. When the demand of the system increases, the rotation speed of the water pump will be increased automatically and the flow will be increased. If necessary, multiple water pumps will be put into operation in turn to maintain the water supply pressure. When the demand of the system decreases, the current power frequency water pump will be stopped in turn and only one water pump will operate with frequency conversion to maintain the water supply pressure.
2) When there is no water in the system, the equipment will automatically enter the sleep energy-saving state. When the water consumption increases and the outlet pressure is lower than the set wake-up pressure, the equipment will automatically resume operation.
3) It has the function of water shortage shutdown. When the water inflow is insufficient, the equipment will automatically shut down and give an alarm. When the water inflow is normal, the equipment will automatically resume normal operation.

2) It has automatic protection functions of over-voltage, under voltage, over-current, phase loss, overload, short circuit and other faults. The equipment has reliable grounding protection and meets the requirements of current electrical control equipment (GB / T 3797). For recoverable faults, it can be reset automatically or manually, and it can operate normally after recovery.
3) Replace the traditional water supply, high efficiency and energy saving, saving about 23-55%. The whole set of equipment covers a small area with flexible configuration. The whole unit is delivered from the factory. The combination and installation are fast and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
4) The equipment has the function of small flow pressure maintaining, which provides small flow water supply when the water pump is dormant; it effectively solves the frequent start and stop of the water pump, and the equipment operates stably and stably. It has the function of automatic rotation operation to extend the service life of the equipment.
5) The equipment has double overpressure protection function. When the outlet pressure exceeds the set high pressure value, the equipment will automatically reduce the pump or shut down the protection according to the operation condition. Until the pressure returns to normal, the equipment will automatically resume operation. The outlet pressure sensor and overpressure protection device have double protection. When the pressure sensor fails to detect, the overpressure protection device will force the shutdown protection.
6) The equipment has man-machine interaction function. The operation frequency, set value and actual value of water supply pressure, operation state of water pump and equipment failure can be displayed on the operation screen. The adjustable parameters can be set conveniently.
